De-stigmatizing mental health has been a long-time passion of mine, now turned career.     Most of my experience has been working with children and adolescents in school settings, especially around social and emotional growth. But I also enjoy working with adults navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, or seasons of transition—because healing doesn’t have an age limit, and we all deserve support.


    On a personal note, I live in Grand Cayman with my husband and our three kids. I love beach walks, yoga, dancing in the kitchen, and curling up with a good book. Sometimes, we find ourselves weighed down by the pressures to “hold it all together” while quietly carrying burdens no one else sees.
