Welcome to No Stress No Stigma WA, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy (“Terms” and “Policy”) govern your use of our website, services, and any related communications. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and this Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Nature of Services
No Stress No Stigma WA, LLC provides a platform that connects clients with independent mental health and wellness practitioners (“Practitioners”). We are not a healthcare provider, medical group, or licensed mental health clinic. All Practitioners are independent contractors who operate their own practices and are solely responsible for their own advice, services, and conduct.
3. No Liability for Practitioner Actions
We do not control, endorse, supervise, or assume responsibility for any advice, treatment, or other services provided by Practitioners. We are not responsible for:
The quality, accuracy, or effectiveness of any services rendered by a Practitioner.
Any acts, omissions, negligence, or misconduct by a Practitioner.
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that No Stress No Stigma WA, LLC will not be held liable for any damages, losses, claims, or injuries arising from your interactions with any Practitioner.
4. Consent to Contact
By providing your contact information, you expressly consent to receive calls, text messages, and voicemails from No Stress No Stigma WA, LLC and/or Practitioners for purposes related to scheduling, service updates, and other communications related to your care or our services. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by notifying us in writing or following the opt-out instructions provided in our messages.
5. Practitioner Reassignment
If your Practitioner is no longer available (including but not limited to termination of their engagement with us), your file, records, and related information will be reassigned to another qualified Practitioner in our network, unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Privacy & Data Handling
We handle personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy below. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described herein.
7. No Emergency Services
Our platform is not intended for emergency situations. If you are experiencing a crisis or life-threatening situation, call 911, 988 or seek emergency medical services immediately.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, No Stress No Stigma WA, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Connecting you with independent Practitioners in our network

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls, text messages, and voicemails from No Stress No Stigma WA, LLC and/or your assigned Practitioner for purposes related to scheduling, service updates, and other communications related to your care or our services.
Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to text messages or by contacting us in writing.

4. Sharing of Information
We will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information in the following cases:
With Practitioners: To provide you with services, your information will be shared with your assigned Practitioner.
If a Practitioner Leaves: If your Practitioner is no longer available, your file, records, and related information will be reassigned to another qualified Practitioner in our network, unless you request otherwise in writing.
With Service Providers: We may share limited information with trusted HIPAA compliant third-party vendors who assist in operations (e.g., scheduling platforms, payment processors), provided they are bound by confidentiality agreements.
For Legal Compliance: When required by law, court order, or to prevent imminent harm.
5. HIPAA & Confidentiality
Practitioners in our network are subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”). In those cases:
Your protected health information (PHI) will be handled in compliance with HIPAA privacy and security rules.
Practitioners are responsible for their own HIPAA compliance and privacy practices.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no system can guarantee complete security.
7. Your Rights Under Washington State Law
Under Washington privacy and consumer protection laws, you may have the right to:
Access, update, or request deletion of your personal information
Request details on how your data has been shared
Withdraw consent to communications

8. Children’s Privacy
