Therapy can be helpful for navigating and understanding the intricacies of life. Whether you are entering a difficult season, wanting to connect and know your true self, or needing help to find a new perspective, therapy can be a remarkable journey of self-discovery and connection. In our sessions, you'll find a non-judgmental therapeutic environment where you are safe to be authentic, honest, and open.

For couples, therapy can be used to support the natural ebb and flow of relationships. Couples therapy is an opportunity to re-establish connection, learn communication skills, and begin to develop a deeper sense of knowing your partner. With a focus on emotion, we will co-create a space that values practicing empathy, vulnerability, seeking new perspectives, and listening skills. I act as a compassionate ally for both you and your partner as you navigate the journey of your relationship.

Whether you are an individual, a couple, or a family seeking support, my approach honors your unique needs and circumstances by meeting you where you are. Here, we will cultivate a relationship built on trust, allowing you to explore your inner world, heal from past wounds, and strengthen your connections with others. By ensuring that your life story is at the heart of our work together, we will create a holistic and affirming therapeutic experience.

My educational journey began at Oberlin College, where I pursued a bachelor’s degree in psychology and biology. I further honed my skills and knowledge at Seattle University, earning a Masters in Couples and Family Therapy, which laid the groundwork for my work in systemic therapy. Before stepping into the world of counseling, I immersed myself in reproductive health, working as a medical assistant, doula, and patient advocate. This experience enriched my understanding of life's transitions and the power of support and connection.

When I’m not in the therapy room, you can find me exploring the vibrant city of Seattle with my beloved dog, soaking in the energy of live music, or enjoying heartfelt moments cooking with my friends and family.

  • Associate Mental Health Counselor

I am a creative therapist and a passionate advocate for relational health. From a systems perspective, I believe that we all exist within the context of our meaningful relationships. With this lens, we consider how past experiences and current attachments set the emotional tone for your daily life. Good therapy looks radically different for each person, but it always starts with carving out an hour in your routine to make time for yourself, to reflect, to share, and to explore your inner landscape. I am here to partner alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life's inevitable highs and lows. I meet my clients where they are, highlight their unique inner resources and strengths, and collaborate with them as they traverse their individualized therapeutic goals.

In addition to compassionate, person-centered talk therapy, I am a trained art therapist. I can provide a wide array of visual and expressive tools to help strengthen your creative voice and find deeper meaning through imagery and metaphor. You don't have to have any special skills or talent, and you don’t have to be a self-proclaimed artist to enjoy the benefits of creative expression. Research shows that simply playing with art materials can significantly reduce stress hormones and help people express themselves in the face of exhaustion, anxiety, or trauma. If you'd like to work together but aren't sure about using art, no worries! Therapy is an individualized journey and we will cater our work together to fit your specific goals!

I'm originally from Denver, and I made my way to Seattle in 2010. Previously I worked in horticulture, gardening, and floral design. I currently maintain a studio art practice in my spare time and love to create large-scale murals. I still draw inspiration from my gardening roots and believe we can learn a lot about our own emotional cycles from the natural world. I genuinely look forward to meeting new clients and learning from each individual's unique perspective as we form a supportive therapeutic alliance.

  • Way to go; you have already made the first step towards a change in your circumstances!

They say "the journey of a thousand miles begins with a first step" and I'm struck by your courage in even beginning the road to health and emotional support. As a therapist, my goal is to create a supportive, understanding and welcoming environment that fosters each person's unique road to improvement. I place a high value on working to understand where each person has come from, to validate their experiences, and to work next to them towards their goals.

There are a variety of therapeutic orientations, but I adapt my professional skills and

knowledge in order to best fit your particular needs. I see each client as the expert of their own life and in the therapeutic relationship, you will have someone to walk alongside you to help discover those often elusive solutions.

I earned my bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from California State University Monterey Bay, and then I went on to pursue my master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Central Washington University. I am originally from Colorado, I was a collegiate volleyball player and I have always loved the outdoors. In my free time, I enjoy being with family and friends, taking my dog on walks, and doing puzzles.

  • Life Coach

You have taken a courageous step by being here & I’m here to support you on your journey. Even amongst great difficulties, I believe we can all live with a sense of ease. My hope in our work together is to help you discover the ease & sense of “aliveness” you are looking for - whether that be through solving problems, navigating challenges, or exploring the next (or current) chapter of your journey in more depth.

My style aims to create space to explore & then to create clarity & structure to bring about meaningful change & growth. During our first session, we will design together

how to do that in a way that is most helpful for you.

The majority of my training has been from the Co-Active Training Institute where I received my International Coaching Federation (ICF)-accredited Professional Coaching Certificate, complemented with training from the Performance Paradigm on culturally-informed, inclusive coaching (which is central to my approach). I have coached individuals across the globe with diverse backgrounds, life stages, &

motivations for seeking coaching. Prior to coaching, I worked for a Fortune 10 company where I led global teams & programs, served as an internal coach & facilitator, & lived in various cities across the U.S. & in the U.K.

More recently, I call San Diego, CA home. In my freetime you can find me daydreaming about interior design, on a hiking trail, or in search of the best ice cream cone in town with my partner.

I look forward to getting to know you & working alongside you.

  • As we all try to navigate life’s highs and lows, I believe it is important to remember that we don’t have to do it alone. I believe that seeking therapy is an act of courage, and it takes a brave person to reach out for help. I strive to foster a welcoming and nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe to explore your whole self.

I work with individuals, couples and families. I believe in looking at a person from a holistic point of view to ensure that you have the opportunity to share your full unique story. I provide a therapeutic experience that allows you to share your story with me as I help to guide and support you through that process. I use several different modalities depending on what is best for you and your goals in therapy.

For teens, I strive to provide a space where they feel comfortable to explore themselves as they navigate new transitions in their life like school, relationships, family, independence, and values and beliefs. I believe it is important to meet teens where they are at and provide a space where they feel like they can be their true authentic selves. It’s important for me to help teens to identify their own strengths and feel confident in their identity and who they are.

I completed my bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies at Utah State University. I furthered my education at Seattle University, earning my Masters in Couples and Family Therapy. Before continuing my education at Seattle University I worked in the mental health field with teenagers where I developed my passion for becoming a therapist.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my dog, traveling with my family, trying new restaurants, and planning my next road trip.

The path to healing is not one-size-fits-all or linear. Regardless of who you are, we're all out here just trying to be human. The decision to seek help is not an easy one, but my calling is to make the process feel safe, approachable, and welcomed. My goal is to be your mirror and witness to your story. I hope to create a collaborative and safe space to address your needs, achieve your goals, and bring peace and contentment to your whole self.

I believe optimal wellness is an individual human right, and strive to include a social justice mindset to everything I do, whether it be in the counselor's chair or in the community. I hope to be your counselor-advocate, helping you navigate your journey to optimal wellness.

I have a Bachelors in Therapeutic Recreation and minor in Psychology from Western Washington University. My path has led me to complete my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University Seattle. I have completed Person-of-the-Therapist training, as well as a certificate in Trauma Counseling. I am a queer, second-generation Filipinx-American, and I hope to reflect experiences that have been underrepresented in the mental health field. Researching service delivery to bridge the gap between the mental health field and communities of color is a professional aspiration of mine.

In my free time, I like spending quality time with my wife, exploring dairy and egg-free recipes and allergy-conscious restaurants in the city. I love listening to good music and watching all the binge-worthy dramas and horror movies.

Stefanie is a compassionate and experienced therapist specializing in trauma-informed care, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) trained, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) trained. With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, she is dedicated to helping individuals heal and grow.

Born and raised in Washington State, Stefanie developed a deep understanding of the impact of trauma on mental health. Stefanie pursued advanced training in EMDR, a highly effective therapy for processing and resolving traumatic experiences. This specialized training allows her to help clients overcome the lingering effects of trauma and find relief from symptoms such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

In addition to EMDR, Stefanie is also trained in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), a therapeutic approach that combines elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy with mindfulness practices. This approach is particularly effective in helping individuals develop skills to manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and enhance overall well-being.

One of Stefanie’s core beliefs is that therapy should be a collaborative process, where clients are empowered to be the leaders in their own care. She meets clients where they are at, providing a safe and non-judgmental space for them to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Stefanie believes in tailoring therapy to each individual's unique needs and goals, and works closely with clients to develop personalized goals.

With Stefanie as your therapist, you can expect a warm and empathetic approach, combined with evidence-based techniques and a deep respect for your journey. She is committed to helping you navigate life's challenges, heal from past wounds, and build a more fulfilling and meaningful future.

  • My approach to therapy is open-minded, collaborative, inclusive, w...arm, and authentic. I encourage my clients to show up as their authentic selves with the intention to form a trusting therapeutic relationship with them. I aim to walk alongside my clients in their journeys- healing, pattern-breaking, exploration of self, relationship issues, or whatever their journey may look like. I pull from many theoretical orientations and personally tailor my approach to each individual client, as therapy is not a “one size fits all.” I find value in community, connection, and laughter in my daily life and believe these values to be vital in therapy as well.

I graduated from Clemson University with a BA in psychology and a minor in English. (Go tigers!) I then moved 3,000 miles cross country and am now a third-year master of education in clinical mental health counseling student at Seattle University and intern at No Stress No Stigma. De-stigmatizing mental health has been a long-time passion of mine, now turned career. My own journey has influenced my career choice - as I have experienced firsthand the positive impacts of therapy.

Outside of work and school, I enjoy being in the sun (Seattle winters have been a bit of an adjustment,) being out on the water as much as I can, spending time with my friends, snuggling with my cat, Peppy, cooking new recipes, and reading a good book!

  • Hi, I’m Lucy. I want to acknowledge that you are here—considering ways to heal, grow, and care for yourself.

Everyone who seeks therapy has their own, important reason. You might be dealing with anxiety, unresolved trauma, people-pleasing, or a sense of hopelessness. Maybe you’re struggling to connect—in your relationship or within yourself. My role as a therapist is to help you identify, explore and access all the paths available to you—whether you’re seeking change, acceptance, or both.

I work with individuals, couples, and families. My intention is to create a warm, curious, and compassionate environment where you can safely explore the lightest and darkest parts of yourself. I take a holistic approach to therapy, meaning we may work with thoughts, beliefs and behaviors as well as emotions and the body. I find that the experience of being witnessed and accepted exactly as we are can paradoxically catalyze change, and I believe in the healing power of laughter!

I believe knowing oneself deeply is one of the most challenging and rewarding endeavors a person may undertake, and much easier to do with support. If you’re curious about working together, please reach out to schedule a 50 minute consultation. I’d love to hear from you.

  • My therapeutic style is warm, curious, collaborative, and interactive. I take a strengths-based, holistic approach to therapy, understanding that no one exists in a vacuum. I will work with you to understand how all the systems (family, work, & societal) you interact with throughout life impact you. There is no one size fits all approach in therapy, with every person bringing their own authenticity and individualized life contexts, thus I tailor therapy to meet you where you are. As I walk alongside you on your growth and healing journey, I will also look for little ways to find laughter and joy amongst any pain and truth.

My goal is to help you build your coping mechanisms with tangible tools, all while leading with curiosity, kindness, and compassion. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change, and my job is to create a safe space where you can explore your strengths, challenge yourself, and develop the skills needed for you to thrive.

I am committed to a collaborative, non-judgemental approach that helps you achieve your goals, providing a space where you can explore yourself deeper. Healing is not linear but I deeply believe that growth and change happens when one puts their heart and mind to their goals. I look forward to walking alongside you and empowering you in your journey.

  • Hi! I’m Michelle! Your concerns aren’t “just stress.” Your pain isn’t something to “get over”. Your feelings aren’t “too much”. You matter. In a world that often rushes past the difficult emotions. I create space where every part of your experience is acknowledged and values, especially the parts you have been told to hide. I know firsthand how draining it can be to carry the weight of trauma, to feel anxiety’s constant presence, or to battle that harsh inner critic day after day. These struggles are real, and they’re heavy.

Whether you're in the middle of a major life shift, working to heal old wounds, or simply needing someone who truly listens without judgment, that's where I come in. In our work together, we'll look at how your life experiences have shaped your present reality, while developing coping tools and strategies you can use immediately.

I understand that people's stories are complex and multidimensional. My background has taught me that judgment closes doors; compassion opens them. I hope to meet you soon and begin this therapeutic journey together.

  • Hi, I’m Ananya and I look forward to getting to know you! My approach to therapy is holistic – I consider the many factors that shape your daily life. Just as there’s no answer key for life’s challenges, I believe there’s no single “right” way to do therapy. In our work together, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your goals, navigate difficulties, and grow at your own pace.

Coming from a background where therapy is often stigmatized, I believe that seeking therapy is an act of courage, and it takes a brave person to reach out for help. I’m passionate about supporting across all walks of life and aim to meet my clients where they are at!

I’m committed to creating a welcoming and nonjudgmental environment. Reaching out for help can feel scary, but by being here, you’re already taking a brave step forward. Welcome to therapy! I’m honored to walk this path with you.

  • Hi, I’m Veronika. If you’re here, you might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just plain exhausted from carrying so much on your own. First, I want you to know, you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. I believe therapy should feel less like talking to a stranger in a stiff office and more like having a real conversation with someone who gets it.

My style is warm, down-to-earth, and compassionate. I’ll listen closely, support you when things feel heavy, and gently challenge you when you’re ready to grow. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, relationship stress, past wounds, or just the pressure of being human, I’m here.

I bring empathy and close listening to every session. My focus is on truly hearing you - your words, your feelings, and even the things left unsaid. My goal is to have you feel understood and not alone with what you’re carrying. This is a space where your story matters and where you can show up just as you are.

I strive to create a safe space for all of clients so you can tell your story without fear or judgment. If you’re looking for a space to breathe, reflect, and feel supported, I’d love to walk alongside you as you take that next step. I look forward to hearing from you soon!

  • In therapy with me, you are seen as a whole person, not just the struggles you may be facing. Our work together centers on understanding, acceptance, and genuine support. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or simply seeking encouragement, therapy can offer a compassionate and nonjudgmental space to explore what matters most to you. Together, we’ll build awareness in the present moment and move toward greater clarity, balance, and confidence in your life.

I provide care to people from many different backgrounds and life experiences, with a focus on creating a welcoming space where everyone feels accepted and understood. My work is guided by a respect for each person’s unique journey and the belief that therapy should honor the whole self. My passion is to support people from all walks of life in their journey toward growth, healing, and clarity, while also bringing a strong commitment to working with neurodiverse individuals and the LGBTQIA+ community. In my free time I like to explore the different neighborhoods within Seattle as well as walk around Greenlake. I also enjoy cooking different cultural cuisines. Spending time with my friends on the weekends and going to concerts provides me with joy.

I offer a 50-minute initial session for $25 as an opportunity for us to get to know each other and explore your goals together. Life can sometimes feel like it’s moving at the speed of light, and reaching out can be the first step toward slowing down and prioritizing yourself. I look forward to connecting and working together to create a path that helps you reach your goals. I look forward to hearing from you!

  • First, thank you for being here. I want to acknowledge that you have taken the first step to begin your journey into therapy. That in and of itself is significant because starting therapy can bring up a lot of emotions, and I recognize the strength it takes to reach out. No matter what brings you here, my door is open. Together we will work to treat the symptoms you are experiencing in the here and now, and also work alongside one another to explore what is causing them, fostering holistic healing and growth. My goal is to empower you to transform your experiences into resilience and emotional well-being.

I am passionate about working with both couples and individuals. Cultural attunement is at the heart of my practice, informed by a deep respect for diversity and a belief in the importance of cultural context in therapy. I strive to create a safe and inclusive space where clients from all backgrounds feel understood and valued.

Outside of psychology, cooking and crafting are big parts of my life. My guilty pleasure is finding crafts on tiktok to recreate and I have been known to go above and beyond in hosting dinner parties, birthdays and craft nights. I also enjoy spending time with my significant other and little one, who is growing up way too fast.

  • Hi, I'm Alicia. I work with people navigating life's ups and downs, helping them sort through emotions, rebuild connections, and find peace with where they are right now. My goal is to provide support and guidance, empowering you to feel more balanced and connected. Whether you're facing stress, life transitions, or challenges in your relationships, I'm here to help you take small, meaningful steps forward.

Family is at the heart of what I do—it’s my foundation and why I strive to grow and change in my life. The relationships we build with others—and ourselves—can drive healing and transformation. I offer both family and individual counseling, creating a safe, affirming space, especially for the LGBTQIA+ community, where everyone can explore their true selves.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy hiking, reading, traveling, gardening, and taking walks. I love spending time with friends and making bouquets from flowers I grow. Gardening teaches patience, nurturing, and care—a beautiful metaphor for life. Just as plants need time and attention to thrive, we also need kindness and care on our paths to well-being.

  • Many of us long for more peace, belonging, meaning, and connection in our lives. As a systemic therapist, I view problems not in isolation but within the broader context of our relationships, environment, and lived experiences. In therapy, we’ll explore not just the issue that brings you in, but also the patterns and influences that contribute to and sustain it. Systemic therapy embraces a both/and perspective, rather than either/or thinking.

As a visual person, I often think in metaphors. Imagine yourself as a string instrument. You  naturally want to feel in tune so that you can operate at your best in your life, work and relationships. When life throws us off balance, it can be hard to know which strings are out of tune—especially when we are overwhelmed. Therapy can act like a tuning fork: a space to help identify what's sharp (this might feel like anxiety) or flat (this might feel like depression). Therapy helps you attune so you can reconnect with your most empowered and authentic-feeling self.

I believe we all have inherent worth and a deep need to feel seen, heard, and understood. When we experience real presence and acceptance, we begin to attune more fully to ourselves and others—opening the door to healing, growth, and deeper connections.

In my work, I bring a compassionate, strength-based approach, honoring clients as the experts of their own lives. I believe in our innate human capacity for healing and transformation. My clinical orientation is grounded in attachment-based models such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), which emphasize self-awareness, compassion, integration, and accountability. I work with individuals, couples and families. I am particularly passionate about helping couples expand their capacities for seeing and feeling seen, hearing and being heard, understanding and feeling understood in their relationship. I am also passionate about helping blended families navigate the unique challenges of those dynamics.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy digging in the dirt, designing and building home projects with my partner, cooking from scratch, and sharing meals with friends and family. One of my favorite happiness-boosting practices is savoring the small, meaningful moments.

  • Hello and welcome! I want to acknowledge – it’s no easy feat seeking care and I want to applaud you for this tremendous step you’re taking. I hope you get a better sense of who I am and how I can support you through your therapeutic journey.

When working with my clients, my approach is open and direct; but never without warmth and compassion. Creating an environment which is inviting and inclusive is at the heart of my practice. My overall goal is to provide a space where you feel safe, seen, and empowered to show up as you.

Carl Jung once said, “That which you most need will be found where you least want to look.” I take this to mean that healing often happens when we’re willing to explore the parts of ourselves we might usually avoid. In our work together, we’ll lead with curiosity and move at a pace you feel comfortable with. We’ll peel the layers, one-by-one, getting to the root of what has been weighing you down and causing distress. I’ll be alongside you every step of the way, offering my guidance and support.

I also take a holistic approach when helping clients. The mind-body connection is an important one to acknowledge. With integration of mindfulness and sensory awareness, there is great potential for you to understand yourself on a deeper level.

If you’d like to get to know me a little bit better before diving in, I offer a 50-minute consultation for $25. I look forward to hearing from you!

  • Hi! I’m Jaisy! When someone sits with me, I want them to feel safe, seen, and heard. I know trust doesn’t happen instantly, but I want you to feel from day one that I’m here for you—with warmth, consistency, and no judgment.

I was first drawn to this work because of a middle school counselor who changed my life just by showing up for me. That moment never left me. I’m also no stranger to hardship, and I believe those lived experiences have shaped my compassion and my ability to meet people exactly where they are. I live by the quote, “If I do one thing today, may I be human sunshine for someone else.” That’s the energy I aim to bring into every session.

Most of my experience has been working with children and adolescents in school settings, especially around social and emotional growth. But I also enjoy working with adults navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, or seasons of transition—because healing doesn’t have an age limit, and we all deserve support.

On a personal note, I live in Grand Cayman with my husband and our three kids. I love beach walks, yoga, dancing in the kitchen, and curling up with a good book. I'm grateful to be part of a team that believes in showing up for others without pressure or stigma—and I look forward to walking alongside you.

  • My goal as a therapist is to bring a fresh perspective, grounded in care, curiosity, and optimism. I strive to create spaces that are accessible, low-pressure, and free of stigma. Whether we meet in person, take a walk together, or connect virtually from the comfort of your couch, I want therapy to feel approachable and supportive no matter where you are.

I am also passionate about helping people discover new skills and coping tools, while also exploring both strengths and challenges in a safe and welcoming environment. I value working with people from all identities, backgrounds, and cultures, while also holding an interest in supporting men and helping to break the stigma around seeking therapy for all.

Every person, couple, and family deserve care that is tailored to them. That’s why I take the time to truly understand your unique situation and provide empathetic, individualized support. To me, therapy is a space for honest exploration, a chance to uncover what’s beneath the surface, and to begin healing from the inside out.

A little bit about myself. When I’m not in the office, I find myself producing music and DJing on the weekends. I also love to paint, ranging from models, canvas, and even rooms! I have a creative soul and like to channel that energy into anything that I can. But for me, nothing beats the energy of a crowd dancing to music I am playing for them.

I am a firm believer in the strength that each person carries, even in their most difficult moments. My goal is to help you uncover that strength, equip you with tools that fit your life, and walk alongside you as you create the changes you want to see.

  • Transitions in our life can bring complications and challenges leading to stress. Couples and families go through many stages of development, as well as grow and change based on the stress and pressures on the individual. I believe that relationships are entities in themselves, and I’m here to help you discover and explore the space between you and others, where connection creates the ability to expand who we are, heal, and thrive.

I also believe in the therapeutic relationship. In our relationship, you will find a safe place to collaborate, explore, and heal. You are the expert on yourself, and I honor your experiences and relationships as a resource for strength and growth. I bring presence and care as I listen to the stories that impact you.

Raised in North Carolina, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology at Appalachian State University. I have extensive experience as a social worker, counselor to teens, health and wellness coach, and advocate for families and children. I am driven by a desire to understand and help individuals, couples, and families at a deeper level than my previous experience has allowed. This desire has inspired me to pursue my master’s degree in Couples and Family Therapy at Seattle University, where I am currently in my second year.

I am energized by the city and fascinated by nature. Both keep me curious and present. I love spending time in both places while connecting with my partner, our four young-adult kids, and seven-year-old puppy.

  • The late biologist E.O. Wilson once said, “We have paleolithic emotions, medieval institutions, and god-like technology.” In a world this complex, it’s no wonder our inner lives and relationships can sometimes feel challenging to navigate. I’m here to help you simplify–to encourage presence, accountability and connectedness with yourself and with others. Whether you're seeking support as an individual, couple or family unit, I understand what it's like to feel stuck and overwhelmed.

I meet you with compassion and curiosity, grounded in a deep awe for how our lives, values and beliefs are both shaped by—and shaping—the wider world we share. As a second-generation Chinese American, I bring lived insight into the challenges and strengths of navigating multiple cultural frameworks and norms. No matter your background, together we can work on strengthening the connection with yourself and with others, so you can move through life with more clarity, courage and intention. I draw on evidence-based approaches to foster both insight and action toward meaningful change aligned with what matters most to you.

I earned my Bachelor's in political science at Middlebury College and am working toward an MA in Couple & Family Therapy at the University of Colorado. A proud Washingtonian, I am a lover of all things outdoors, as well as an avid audiophile, cinephile and coffee enthusiast.

  • Therapy can be daunting, and it’s hard to know where to start. You’re in the right place! I love to provide a relaxed, judgement-free space for you to bring your problems and just let it all out. A compassionate listener, I am here to support and validate your perspective as we investigate what’s going on. Life, work, and relationships can be so complex, affecting the way we think, feel, and behave. I’m here to help you sort it all out!

Together, we can explore your experiences to understand their impact on your current thoughts and behaviors, while identifying roadblocks causing distress. I use humor, compassion, and empathy to ease your symptoms and help heal the root of the problem. My goal is to equip you with skills and knowledge to confidently tackle whatever life throws your way.

A PNW girl through-and-through, you can often find me fishing, foraging for mushrooms, or fossil hunting with my family. Indoors, I have a small (ok, large) plant obsession, and a passion for food, whether I’m eating it, cooking it, finding it, or growing it! I love the healing nature of therapy, and I hope to connect with you soon :)

  • Hello! I’m Eleanor, and I’m glad you are looking into therapy. When someone comes to a therapist, it is often in a moment of difficulty, and I want to recognize the big step it is to seek this out. Whether you’re going through a difficult time, dealing with life stressors, or looking to grow, you’re in the right place. Together, we can build a safe space where you can explore your authentic self and the path you want to walk. Working with a therapist can bring so many benefits to your life, especially to find more clarity on what you want, and to improve your relationships.

I am excited to work with individuals, couples, and families on improving their relationships, finding sources of support, and helping each person I see to grow and find their authentic self. I am interested in helping clients write their stories, experience change, and find their true priorities in life. I take a systemic approach to therapy, considering all facets of clients' lives in therapy. I strive to create a compassionate, open, and safe environment to cultivate a place for clients to grow and learn. I aim to help clients grow their emotional awareness so they can create meaningful changes that align with who they are.

Before starting my journey as a therapist, I received a degree in Government and French Studies from Smith College. I have worked with children in various capacities in France and the US as both a teacher and program administrator. I aim to use my experience in my work with all clients.

Outside of the office, I like to read fiction, watch reality TV, and do yoga. I am originally from Portland, OR, and have lived in Massachusetts and northern France before moving to Seattle. I like to spend time with my partner, friends, and my 13-year-old leopard gecko named Lulu.

I am grateful to walk alongside you and provide compassion and support as you grow and create meaningful change. I am here to be human with you.

  • My goal is to help my clients gain a sense of agency that allows them to control what they have the power to control in their lives. I strongly believe that the counselor's role is one that walks beside their client as opposed to leading; I want to work collaboratively with you. My practice is focused on providing a judgement- and bias-free environment, so you feel safe to be vulnerable. I want you to feel heard, seen, and valued, because I believe nothing is more important in the process of creating a fertile environment for growth. In today's society, it is easy to become overstimulated and overwhelmed; I will strive to help you cultivate presence and peace.

I live in Buenos Aires, Argentina but am from the Carolinas in the United States, so I speak English and Spanish. I value nourishing my relationships; spending time and being active outdoors camping, hiking and surfing; traveling, food; live music; dancing; and my Boston terrier Omar.

After being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in my early twenties, I embarked on a transformative journey of personal growth, taking ownership of my health and life. This experience, along with over a decade of living on two continents, shapes my empathy, resilience, and cultural sensitivity as a counselor. I am excited to be working with No Stress No Stigma, a virtual practice, as I am passionate about expanding access to mental health care.

  • Healing starts when we feel truly seen, heard, and understood. I offer services to individuals, couples, and families and aim to honor your unique story, values, and strengths. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing and begin rewriting the parts of your story that no longer serve you—creating space for resilience, hope, and growth. Whether you’re working through relationship challenges, family dynamics, identity questions, or personal transitions, I offer a supportive and nonjudgmental space.

Your sessions with me will be tailored to your unique needs and goals—because therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. I’m here to walk beside you as you rediscover your voice and take meaningful steps forward. I care deeply about honoring your lived experience, cultural identity, and values. My approach is compassionate, curious, and collaborative with a judgement free safe space. Reaching out for help takes courage—and I recognize this brave first step you’re currently making.

When I’m not in the therapy room, I love spending time with my husband and family, reading, traveling, trying new food spots, and exploring new things. I bring my outgoing nature and kindness to my sessions, finding a deep joy in this work. You are worthy of healing. If this sounds like a good fit, please reach out to set up a consultation. I would love to meet you.

  • Hi I'm Josh, and I believe that life has its seasons - moments of joy, and times of struggle. It's full of ups and downs, transitions, and unexpected challenges. Sometimes, we find ourselves weighed down by the pressures to “hold it all together” while quietly carrying burdens no one else sees. Reaching out for help can feel difficult, and even vulnerable, but it can also be the first brave step toward growth, clarity, and healing. I believe that every person holds the strengths they need to overcome life’s obstacles - sometimes, they just need a safe space and the right support to unlock that strength.

Therapy isn’t about being “broken,” it’s about discovering the power, resilience, and direction that already exists within you. I served in the Army for 24-years, retiring as an E-8, and have learned firsthand the value of perseverance, inner strength, and personal connection. I bring that same grounded perspective into my work as a therapist.

My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and collaborative -whether you’re navigation relationship issues, personal struggles, trauma, or life transitions. Wherever you are on your journey, I want you to know that you’re not alone. I look forward to connecting with you and exploring what brought you here, and where you’d like to go next.
