What is No Stress No Stigma?
No Stress No Stigma (NSNS) is a Washington-Seattle-based platform connecting people like you with awesome, real, nonjudgemental providers. The goal is providing accessible, inclusive, and stigma-free therapy services. Our licensed and associate clinicians, along with graduate-level interns, deliver compassionate care for individuals, couples, and families seeking support for stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, loss, relationship issues, work stress, and personal growth, to name a few. Honestly though, whatever you are going through, no matter how big or how small, we are here to help.
Who can benefit from therapy at NSNS?
Me…. you… everyone and anyone looking to improve emotional well-being, fix the chaos, make sense of things or prevent a breakdown. We serve adults, young adults, teens, children and couples from diverse backgrounds, helping clients navigate any issue, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
Do you offer in-person or virtual therapy sessions?
We offer both! We have offices and offer walk and talk sessions within the greater seattle area! We offer online sessions nationwide!
What states are you licensed to serve?
Our clinicians are licensed to provide therapy and counseling services clients across Washington State. Our providers also provide coaching and licensed consultations nationwide. Each providers credential or license type (LMFTA, LMHCA, LICSW, etc.) are listed on their profile.

How do I book an appointment?
Contact us to get the process started, or select a time or therapist! You’ll receive a confirmation email with session details.
What should I expect during my first session?
Prior to your first session, your therapist will reach out and our platform will send you some information and forms to fill out. Your first session focuses on getting to know you! Together, you and your therapist will build a personalized plan tailored to your needs.
How long are therapy sessions?
You get to choose! We offer sessions that are 30, 50 minutes, unless otherwise specified by your therapist.
What if I’m not sure which therapist is right for me?

Do you provide services for couples or families?
Yes! Many of our therapists specialize in couples and family systems therapy, improving communication, connection, and conflict resolution.
What if I need crisis support?
NSNS does not provide emergency services.

What if I I don’t vibe with my therapist or coach?
No problem, contact us at clientservices@nsns.systems and we will set you up with a new therapist, with an intro session for only $25, no questions asked, no awkwardness. We’ve got you!
What if I I don’t even know what to work on or where to start?
Super common, your therapist will guide you through the process.
How will I know when I’m done with therapy?
When you know, you know. Our therapists let you decide how long you want or need therapy for.
