What is No Stress No Stigma?
No Stress No Stigma (NSNS) is a Washington-based mental-health collective providing accessible, inclusive, and stigma-free therapy services. Our licensed and associate clinicians, along with graduate-level interns, deliver compassionate care for individuals, couples, and families seeking support for stress, anxiety, trauma, and personal growth.
Who can benefit from therapy at NSNS?
Anyone looking to improve emotional well-being. We serve adults, young adults, and couples from diverse backgrounds, helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
Do you offer in-person or virtual therapy sessions?
We primarily offer telehealth (online) sessions via secure video platforms for accessibility and comfort. Some therapists may also offer in-person sessions upon request.
What states are you licensed to serve?
Our clinicians are licensed to serve clients across Washington State. Each therapist’s license type (LMFTA, LMHCA, LICSW, etc.) is listed on their profile.
Appointments & Process
How do I book an appointment?
Go to our Book Now page, select a therapist, and complete the short intake form. You’ll receive a confirmation email with session details.
What should I expect during my first session?
Your first session focuses on understanding your goals, background, and comfort level. Together, you and your therapist will build a personalized plan tailored to your needs.
How long are therapy sessions?
Standard sessions are 50 minutes, unless otherwise specified by your therapist.

Rates & Insurance
Do you accept insurance?
Some therapists accept insurance; others are private-pay only. We can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement if your plan allows.
What are your session rates?
Licensed Therapists: $130–$180 per session
Associates: $100–$140 per session
Graduate Interns: $50–$80 per session
Sliding-scale options are available when possible.
