Hi! I am so glad you are here and am excited to get to know you. I believe that therapy is a vital resource for everyone, no matter where you are from or what you are going through. I provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I strive to equip my clients with essential tools to understand themselves better and navigate life's ups and downs because the truth is, life is complex. Together we will explore, with compassionate curiosity, how to live your best life and navigate challenges effectively.
I believe in tailoring care to each person's unique needs and working together as a team. I am passionate about creating a dedicated space where your whole self feels heard and seen. I am continuously learning and adapting to best serve my clients and want you to feel empowered to have control in this therapy process.
I'm excited to be working with NoStressNoStigma in Seattle. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Health Science with a Minor in Human Services Case Management from Grand Canyon University, and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
My background includes seven years working as a nursing assistant as well as two years as a case manager.

Associate Mental Health Counselor
Hi! I'm Ally and I am so excited to get to know you, hear your story, and explore whatever it is that you have been going through. My goal is to help you regain a sense of control, balance, purpose and fulfillment in your life. When you come to our sessions, you are the most important person in the room. As we get to know one another, I look forward to learning your life story and what makes you the person you are today. Together we will explore how this story may be working for you or against you. Together we can gain insights, examine your thoughts and feelings, and rewrite your story moving forward.
My clients have told me I am understanding, respectful, empathetic, non judgmental and also just an authentic person. Show up as you are and I will do the same. There is no right or wrong way to show up for therapy. My therapy style is comfortable, where we can both be our authentic selves, which means I may crack a joke or show you one of my many plants :)
Outside of the therapy room (and sometimes in it, too) I surround myself with plants and animals. I am innately comfortable in nature and have a nurturing side to me as well. As a true pacific northwest human, I love the winter. Snowboarding is one of my favorite pastimes along with spending time with my friends and family. I hope I get to meet you soon!

Way to go; you have already made the first step towards a change in your circumstances!
They say "the journey of a thousand miles begins with a first step" and I'm struck by your courage in even beginning the road to health and emotional support. As a therapist, my goal is to create a supportive, understanding and welcoming environment that fosters each person's unique road to improvement. I place a high value on working to understand where each person has come from, to validate their experiences, and to work next to them towards their goals.
There are a variety of therapeutic orientations, but I adapt my professional skills and
knowledge in order to best fit your particular needs. I see each client as the expert of their own life and in the therapeutic relationship, you will have someone to walk alongside you to help discover those often elusive solutions.
I earned my bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from California State University Monterey Bay, and then I went on to pursue my master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Central Washington University. I am originally from Colorado, I was a collegiate volleyball player and I have always loved the outdoors. In my free time, I enjoy being with family and friends, taking my dog on walks, and doing puzzles.

Associate Mental Health Counselor
I am a creative therapist and a passionate advocate for relational health. From a systems perspective, I believe that we all exist within the context of our meaningful relationships. With this lens, we consider how past experiences and current attachments set the emotional tone for your daily life. Good therapy looks radically different for each person, but it always starts with carving out an hour in your routine to make time for yourself, to reflect, to share, and to explore your inner landscape. I am here to partner alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life's inevitable highs and lows. I meet my clients where they are, highlight their unique inner resources and strengths, and collaborate with them as they traverse their individualized therapeutic goals.
In addition to compassionate, person-centered talk therapy, I am a trained art therapist. I can provide a wide array of visual and expressive tools to help strengthen your creative voice and find deeper meaning through imagery and metaphor. You don't have to have any special skills or talent, and you don’t have to be a self-proclaimed artist to enjoy the benefits of creative expression. Research shows that simply playing with art materials can significantly reduce stress hormones and help people express themselves in the face of exhaustion, anxiety, or trauma. If you'd like to work together but aren't sure about using art, no worries! Therapy is an individualized journey and we will cater our work together to fit your specific goals!
I'm originally from Denver, and I made my way to Seattle in 2010. Previously I worked in horticulture, gardening, and floral design. I currently maintain a studio art practice in my spare time and love to create large-scale murals. I still draw inspiration from my gardening roots and believe we can learn a lot about our own emotional cycles from the natural world. I genuinely look forward to meeting new clients and learning from each individual's unique perspective as we form a supportive therapeutic alliance.

Life CoachYou have taken a courageous step by being here & I’m here to support you on your journey. Even amongst great difficulties, I believe we can all live with a sense of ease. My hope in our work together is to help you discover the ease & sense of “aliveness” you are looking for - whether that be through solving problems, navigating challenges, or exploring the next (or current) chapter of your journey in more depth.
My style aims to create space to explore & then to create clarity & structure to bring about meaningful change & growth. During our first session, we will design together
how to do that in a way that is most helpful for you.
The majority of my training has been from the Co-Active Training Institute where I received my International Coaching Federation (ICF)-accredited Professional Coaching Certificate, complemented with training from the Performance Paradigm on culturally-informed, inclusive coaching (which is central to my approach). I have coached individuals across the globe with diverse backgrounds, life stages, &
motivations for seeking coaching. Prior to coaching, I worked for a Fortune 10 company where I led global teams & programs, served as an internal coach & facilitator, & lived in various cities across the U.S. & in the U.K.
More recently, I call San Diego, CA home. In my freetime you can find me daydreaming about interior design, on a hiking trail, or in search of the best ice cream cone in town with my partner.
I look forward to getting to know you & working alongside you.
Melissa is a Certified Life Coach with certification from Coactive Training Institute.

I am now accepting new clients! My approach to therapy is open minded, collaborative, and inclusive. I take a "come as you are" approach and encourage my clients to show up as their true selves for us to form a trusting therapeutic relationship. I offer support to my clients in their healing, pattern-breaking, life transitions, exploration of self, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I personally tailor my approach to each individual as therapy is not a “one size fits all.” I find value in community, connection, and laughter in both my daily life and therapy.
I moved 3,000 miles cross country to Seattle to pursue a career in mental health. My personal mental health journey has been the main influencer in my career choice- as I have experienced the positive impacts of therapy first hand. De-stigmatizing mental health has been a long time passion of mine, now turned into a career.
I look forward to learning about you and your goals for your own therapy journey!

Finding a therapist who feels like a good fit is one of the most important steps in your healing journey. My style is warm, curious, straightforward, and compassionate with a nonjudgmental mindset - with space for humor when it feels right. I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process between client and therapist, where support and challenge are balanced and paired with practical tools you can use beyond our sessions.
As a queer non-binary therapist, I know there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy or to life. I take a person centered, holistic, strengths-based perspective that considers both your inner world and the larger systems shaping your experiences. My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where you can bring your full authentic self and we can explore both the challenges you’re facing and the resilience you carry.
If you are looking for support with anxiety, ADHD, depression, identity exploration, relationship stress, life transitions, career challenges, work-life balance, trauma, family or origin dynamics, or general feelings of “not feeling good enough,” we would be a good fit. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ and Gender Expansive clients, as well as clients with ADHD. For couples—including poly partnerships—I draw on Gottman Method training to help you strengthen communication, deepen connection, and work through conflict.
In our work, I aim to help you develop coping strategies, uncover strengths, and find meaning and joy - even in the midst of difficulty. Healing is rarely linear, but I believe growth and change are always possible when approached with curiosity, compassion, and intention. My role is to walk alongside you - to support, empower, and challenge you in ways that move you toward the life you want to create.
If this resonates with you, I’d love to connect! Reach out via email to schedule a consultation so we can see if we’d be a good fit!

First, thank you for being here. I want to acknowledge that you have taken the first step to begin your journey into therapy. That in and of itself is significant because starting therapy can bring up a lot of emotions, and I recognize the strength it takes to reach out. No matter what brings you here, my door is open. Together we will work to treat the symptoms you are experiencing in the here and now, and also work alongside one another to explore what is causing them, fostering holistic healing and growth. My goal is to empower you to transform your experiences into resilience and emotional well-being.
I am passionate about working with both couples and individuals. Cultural attunement is at the heart of my practice, informed by a deep respect for diversity and a belief in the importance of cultural context in therapy. I strive to create a safe and inclusive space where clients from all backgrounds feel understood and valued.
Outside of psychology, cooking and crafting are big parts of my life. My guilty pleasure is finding crafts on tiktok to recreate and I have been known to go above and beyond in hosting dinner parties, birthdays and craft nights. I also enjoy spending time with my significant other and little one, who is growing up way too fast.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, curious, or simply ready for something to shift, I offer a warm, judgment-free space where you can speak honestly, explore what’s coming up, and begin making sense of what you’re experiencing.
I’m fascinated by people, and their stories, contradictions, resilience, and capacity for change.

My goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected to yourself, and confident in how you move through your life.
I earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Western New Mexico University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Pace University. Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate
Hi, I’m Kacy, and I work to help clients better understand themselves and the patterns that keep them feeling stuck, while providing practical tools for the challenges of real life. Many of the people I see struggle with anxiety, rumination, or a constant sense of being on edge, so much of my work involves listening closely, following the client’s lead, and noticing patterns as they show up. I draw from somatic work, trauma-informed therapy, and values-based approaches to help clients calm their nervous systems, understand what’s driving their patterns beneath the surface, reconnect with themselves, and learn skills they can use in everyday life. I’m direct, I swear sometimes, and I bring genuine curiosity and humor into the room. I focus on both present experiences and deeper issues to support lasting change, especially when quick fixes haven’t helped. Much of our work involves learning to recognize and understand emotions and patterns, while equipping you to feel more grounded and empowered in your responses. I'm based in the Pacific Northwest, where I spend my time between the mountains, the ocean, and keeping two kids (and too many houseplants) alive. My cat has a habit of joining sessions, and your pet is always welcome too. Show up as you are. We'll figure out the rest.

As a collaborative, open, and caring therapist, my goal is to meet you exactly where you are and be there for you every step of the way. Whether you’re navigating family dynamics, healing from a breakup, or working through trauma, I’m here to help you become the best version of yourself- without stress or stigma. With training in Marriage and Family Therapy, I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. My experience includes behavioral therapy, and I’ve had the privilege of working with people of all ages, from toddlers to seniors.
I know reaching out for help can feel daunting—I’ve been there too! As a therapist and fellow human, I bring warmth, compassion, and a good sense of humor to our work together (sometimes laughter is the best medicine). Together, we’ll explore your story, tackle life’s challenges, and help you create a path forward that feels right for you—one step at a time.
On a personal note, I’ve been married for 15 years and have four awesome kids, a crazy cat, and a loving Golden Retriever. As a military family, we’ve lived in many different states and love the adventure of meeting people from all walks of life. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, and watching shows and movies.

Something feels off, maybe it has for a while. You're overwhelmed, hard on yourself, or stuck in patterns you can't quite name. Maybe your child is struggling and you don't know how to reach them. Maybe you and your partner keep having the same fight. Or maybe something more personal is weighing on you, your anxiety, your body, your sense of self. You don't have to have it figured out to reach out.
I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions, and with couples working through communication, intimacy, and sexuality. Therapy with me isn't stiff or overly clinical. I'm direct, warm, and I'll probably make you laugh at least once.
Someone once believed in me before I could believe in myself, and that changed everything. I know what it's like to question yourself and carry things that feel impossible to explain. That's the heart of why I do this work and why I care so deeply about the people I sit with. You deserve someone in your corner.. Let me be that someone :)

My goal is to help my clients gain a sense of agency that allows them to control what they have the power to control in their lives. I strongly believe that the counselor's role is one that walks beside their client as opposed to leading; I want to work collaboratively with you. My practice is focused on providing a judgement- and bias-free environment, so you feel safe to be vulnerable. I want you to feel heard, seen, and valued, because I believe nothing is more important in the process of creating a fertile environment for growth. In today's society, it is easy to become overstimulated and overwhelmed; I will strive to help you cultivate presence and peace.
I live in Buenos Aires, Argentina but am from the Carolinas in the United States, so I speak English and Spanish. I value nourishing my relationships; spending time and being active outdoors camping, hiking and surfing; traveling, food; live music; dancing; and my Boston terrier Omar.
After being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in my early twenties, I embarked on a transformative journey of personal growth, taking ownership of my health and life. This experience, along with over a decade of living on two continents, shapes my empathy, resilience, and cultural sensitivity as a counselor. I am excited to be working with No Stress No Stigma, a virtual practice, as I am passionate about expanding access to mental health care.Sarah Page Maxwell is a licensed mentalh health counselor associate (MHCA.MC.70133977) supervised by Wendy Naiman, LMFT #LF60419664

Hi, I'm Josh.
Life has a way of pulling us in different directions. We move through career changes, relationship challenges, family pressures, loss, uncertainty, and periods where we find ourselves asking, "How did I get here?" or "Is this really the life I want?" Sometimes, despite our best efforts, we feel stuck, disconnected, or caught in patterns that no longer serve us.
I believe meaningful change begins with understanding. The way we think, feel, communicate, and connect with others is often shaped by experiences, relationships, and expectations that developed long before we were aware of them. Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, explore those influences, and gain clarity about who you are, what matters to you, and how you want to move forward.
My approach is grounded, collaborative, and direct. I don't view therapy as a process of fixing something that's broken. Instead, I see it as an opportunity to develop greater self-awareness, strengthen your sense of identity, and learn how to navigate life's challenges with intention rather than reactivity. Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and work toward creating a life that feels more aligned with your values and authentic self.
Before becoming a therapist, I served in the United States Army for 24 years, retiring as a First Sergeant. That experience taught me the importance of resilience, accountability, adaptability, and human connection. It also showed me that strength isn't about carrying everything on your own—it's about having the courage to examine yourself honestly and continue growing.
Whether you're navigating relationship difficulties, anxiety, identity concerns, life transitions, family challenges, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, therapy can provide a space to explore those questions without judgment. I look forward to meeting you and helping you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Hello and welcome! I want to acknowledge – it’s no easy feat seeking care and I want to applaud you for this tremendous step you’re taking. I hope you get a better sense of who I am and how I can support you through your therapeutic journey.
When working with my clients, my approach is open and direct; but never without warmth and compassion. Creating an environment which is inviting and inclusive is at the heart of my practice. My overall goal is to provide a space where you feel safe, seen, and empowered to show up as you.
Carl Jung once said, “That which you most need will be found where you least want to look.” I take this to mean that healing often happens when we’re willing to explore the parts of ourselves we might usually avoid. In our work together, we’ll lead with curiosity and move at a pace you feel comfortable with. We’ll peel the layers, one-by-one, getting to the root of what has been weighing you down and causing distress. I’ll be alongside you every step of the way, offering my guidance and support.
I also take a holistic approach when helping clients. The mind-body connection is an important one to acknowledge. With integration of mindfulness and sensory awareness, there is great potential for you to understand yourself on a deeper level.
If you’d like to get to know me a little bit better before diving in, I offer a 50-minute consultation for $25. I look forward to hearing from you!

Reaching out isn’t easy, but you’re here and that’s something to be proud of. No matter what you're going through, you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
I love this work because I genuinely love people. I’m endlessly curious about what it means to be human: our patterns, our relationships, the things we carry, and the ways we adapt over time. I don’t see therapy as a place to fix you. I see it as a place to understand yourself more clearly. Often, that means noticing patterns that keep showing up, making sense of experiences that feel confusing or hard to name, or slowing things down enough to hear what’s been getting drowned out. Healing tends to happen when things start to make sense and when you don’t feel alone in it anymore.
My own experience in therapy has shaped that, too. I understand what it’s like to sit on both sides of the room. I’m also no stranger to hardship, and I believe that’s part of what allows me to meet people where they are, without assumptions or judgment. We don’t judge books by their covers.
I offer a space where you can show up exactly as you are, however that looks that day. There’s no one “right” way to do therapy. Sometimes we’ll talk things through, sometimes we’ll pause and notice what’s coming up in your body or emotions, and sometimes we’ll laugh a little, too. I’m engaged, collaborative, and present with you in the process, not sitting back and analyzing from a distance.
Again, thank you for being here. Let’s take this first step together.

Hi there! I’m Cortney. I’m so glad you’re here, and I’m looking forward to getting to know you. Reaching out for support is a meaningful act, and whether you’re navigating an acute life event, exploring long-standing patterns, or simply needing a grounded place to land, you deserve care that honors your full humanity.
Many people move through the world without feeling truly seen, heard, or valued. I believe each of us deserves a space where we can show up as our whole selves—messy, complex, resilient, and real—and have honest and safe conversations that support growth. It’s an honor to witness people reclaim their agency and reconnect with their inner wisdom.
I genuinely enjoy talking with people about their feelings, their childhood experiences, their relationships, and the places where they feel stuck. Not because I have all the answers, but because those conversations often reveal the threads of meaning, pain, and possibility that shape our lives. I’m not an expert in your life—you are. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and steadiness as you make sense of your story and choose what comes next.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent 15 years as a treatment-focused massage therapist. That work taught me how deeply our emotional and physical experiences intertwine, and how healing often begins when we learn to listen to ourselves with compassion. Shifting into mental health care felt like a natural extension of that belief. I’m continually moved by the way clients untangle old narratives, build emotional literacy, and create new possibilities in their lives.
In our work together, you can expect warmth, collaboration, and a steady presence (and some cameos by one or all of our three dogs). My hope is to help you cultivate the skills, insight, and relational health that support meaningful change—both within yourself and in the connections that matter most.
I’m glad you’re here. Truly.
Let’s talk about it.

I know the courage it takes to reach out for support. I am here to meet you where you’re at and help you navigate life moving forward. As a caring therapist, I aim to be present and stay curious during our sessions, while providing a safe space for you to be your truest self, without judgement or pressure. I truly believe every person is uniquely beautiful and capable of so much, so I am naturally drawn to help you in your journey towards personal growth and wellness. I welcome clients of all ages from school-aged children to seniors, individuals, couples or families and can conduct sessions in English or Spanish.
You’ve taken the first and hardest step! Whatever changes are happening in your life, we can work collaboratively to define them, make a plan, and navigate them as a team. There are so many ways to do life and nothing is wrong with taking time to design your personal journey. I will walk you through the difficult parts and celebrate your accomplishments. Let’s connect so we can begin this important work together!
On a personal note, I live in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with my two teens, two dogs and two cats. Outside of work I spend my time making and viewing art, traveling, practicing Pilates, learning new things and rescuing stray animals. My first career in education has taught me the value of human connection across cultures and the importance of a support system through life’s transitions.

I am so glad you're here. Reaching out takes courage, and I don't take that lightly.
Here's the truth: I love this work because I love people. I'm endlessly curious about what makes us tick, why we do the things we do, and how we find our way back to ourselves when life gets messy. To me, this isn't just a job; it's a genuine privilege to sit with someone during their hardest moments and help them realize they're not as stuck as they feel.
I'm here to walk alongside you, no judgment, no pressure to have it all figured out. Life doesn't come with a manual, and neither does healing. What works for one person might not work for you, and that's okay. We'll figure out what does work, together, at your pace.
Outside the therapy room, you'll probably find me deep into a video game, hunting for the next Lego set to build, or being reminded by my grandbaby that I am, in fact, not too cool for tea parties. I'm a mom, a grandmother, and a lifelong lover of "the Force," so don't be surprised if a little Grogu makes a cameo somewhere in my world. My dog, Camara, a Shichon, is usually curled up nearby during sessions, so if you spot a fluffy head pop into frame, don't worry, she keeps everything confidential.

Hi there! I’m Lisa. Thanks for being here.
We are incredibly resilient, and our minds are wired to protect us. Sometimes, though, the very patterns that once helped us cope can begin to hold us back. Does it feel like you’re going through the motions, unsure of what’s missing or why things feel off? Together, we can slow down, get curious about that feeling, and begin to uncover what your mind and body might be trying to tell you so you can move toward a way of living that feels more aligned and true.
In our work together, we’ll identify your triggers, better understand your emotions, and develop insight into how your experiences have shaped the way you think, feel, and respond. This awareness can help you move through life with more clarity, intention, and self-kindness.
My journey to becoming a therapist has been an unpredictable, winding road and honestly, I wouldn’t want it any other way. Before stepping into this field, I spent years living overseas, experiencing different cultures, and worked in marketing and technology. Living abroad taught me that connection goes beyond language, culture, and geography. Still, in today’s constantly connected world, many people feel more alone or misaligned than ever.
That realization is what led me here.
Together, we’ll gently untangle the expectations, pressures, and narratives that may no longer be serving you. I believe therapy can be a transformational process, one that helps you create a life that feels more authentic, meaningful, and aligned with who you truly are.
I show up with empathy, curiosity, and deep respect for your unique story. At its core, I see therapy as a space where you don’t have to perform, prove, or pretend. Just a place where you can show up as you are and begin to feel a little less alone in the process. Let’s get started on your journey today.
I earned a Bachelor’s in psychology and environmental studies from the University of Colorado Boulder, and later completed a Master’s in International Business at Alliance Manchester Business School. I am a Graduate Level Therapist currently pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand View University.
Outside of the therapy space, I’m drawn to experiences that help me slow down and stay connected to myself, others and the world around me. I love spending time outdoors, especially near water or in the mountains, and I’m always inspired by travel and different cultures. I also enjoy creative, cozy moments curled up with a book, art project and cup of tea by a fire.

Are you navigating a major transition or feeling stuck in old patterns? You don’t have to face it alone.
I am passionate about supporting clients as they navigate life’s challenges and shift unhelpful patterns. I look forward to exploring your story and supporting your goals in a way that resonates and empowers you. Whether you need an empathetic ear and a soft place to land or are eager to turn new insights into meaningful action, I look forward to supporting your growth and healing. I offer a warm, judgment free space where we can untangle what is keeping you stuck. I am available by Telehealth for afternoon and evening sessions.
Outside of the therapy room, you can usually find me with my two dogs, out hiking, or planning my next travel adventure. Having lived abroad for many years, I have a deep appreciation for different perspectives, a good cup of coffee, and the strength it takes to begin again. I look forward to meeting you!

Life can be messy...and the good news is, you don't have to figure it all out alone. I'm so glad you're here.
Let's be honest—asking for help can feel awkward, intimidating, or even a little scary. But taking that first step is one of the bravest things you can do, and I'm honored you're considering letting me be part of your journey. I've always been drawn to people's stories because everyone has one, and every story deserves to be heard with kindness, not judgment. I love helping people untangle life's challenges, celebrate the wins (even the small ones!), and discover that they're often stronger than they realize.
My goal is to walk beside you—not to tell you how to live your life, but to help you make sense of it all. My hope is that you'll feel comfortable enough to laugh, cry, vent, sit in silence, or simply show up exactly as you are. No pretending required. There isn't a perfect formula because every person is different, and together we'll find an approach that fits you, your goals, and your life.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent several years as a massage therapist, where I learned that people heal best when they feel safe, seen, and genuinely cared for. Outside of the therapy room, you'll usually find me spending time with my family of 5, exploring the outdoors, or trying to convince myself that one more cup of coffee is a great idea. I also love meaningful conversations, a good laugh, and celebrating the little victories in life. I can't wait to meet you and be part of your story.

Look at you showing up for yourself and searching for a therapist! Reaching out for help isn’t easy, but I see it as an incredible strength. As a therapist, I am here not only to support you but to collaborate with you to uncover your power and reach your goals.
Whether you are going through a life transition, navigating trauma, struggling in your relationships, feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like life has lost its spark, I'm here to meet you exactly where you are. I strive to create a space where you feel safe enough to be your authentic self. I believe the spaces where we can be entirely ourselves are the spaces in which we heal. I know therapy can feel intimidating, but know that at its core, we are simply humans connecting in an intentional and meaningful way.
Outside of sessions, I spend my days hanging out with my two cats (who may make an appearance in telehealth sessions) and my partner of 11 years. I grew up in Hawai’i, which has deeply influenced my worldview and my love of nature. I am one of those lucky people who have always known that I wanted to be a therapist, and it would be an honor to walk alongside you throughout your journey!

You’ve taken the first steps on your counseling journey- I am so glad you are here! Seeking help can feel daunting, but I would love to make it easier for you! As an empathetic, down-to-earth, collaborative therapist, I aim to take an individualized approach while offering a non-judgmental listening ear. Whether you are experiencing relationship conflict, burnout, navigating life transitions, or just need someone to talk to, I am here to support you in your growth.
Life brings challenges, but we all deserve to feel confident to navigate the ups and downs while reaching for the best versions of ourselves. I believe the experiences we have greatly shape and influence us, making us unique. We are also, as humans, ever-evolving, and together we can discuss challenges you may be facing, explore your story, and create a path forward.
On a personal note, I am a mom to twins, and have been married for 7 years. Being a military family keeps us on an adventure, and we love experiencing new things, places, and connecting with people from all walks of life. In my free time, you can find me binge-watching a true crime docuseries, spending time outdoors, or indulging in a good book.

A warm hello, and thank you for being here. How are you? If you find that question hard to answer, please know that you are not alone, and that by default I believe in you. Let us wade in your waters together. Let us be still in it. Let us see where it carries us.
This is what I love about therapy. Having the space to truly get to know yourself, and by association, the world. Growing up in three countries, I understand the beauty-pain of being in-between: identities, cultures, generations. In our work together, my role is to help you explore your unconscious, make connections between your past and present, and see yourself in new ways that feel honest. Your role is to tell me what comes to mind. I know, easier said than done. Nevertheless, I believe you are the expert of your own life, so we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you. I’d like to create a space that is both curious and compassionate, for all your parts, even the ones that hide. Often we hide to be found.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent several years in indie filmmaking, creative writing, hand-poke tattooing, and ESL teaching. Alongside counseling, I play-tutor young children and teach yoga. I’ve tried many things. I am still trying. I believe life is a gerund. Outside of our therapy room, you can find me spending time with my partner of 12 years, practicing ashtanga yoga, and reading atmospheric literature

Hi, my name is Michelle, and I’m really looking forward to beginning this journey with you! Starting something new, or returning to explore deeper can be both exciting and intimidating. Like many things in life, two truths can exist at once. Taking this first step takes courage, and that alone says a lot about your strength and commitment to yourself.
My style is both direct and laid-back, supportive and curious, while grounded in empathy. Everyone’s map looks a little different; there’s no single roadmap because no two journeys are ever the same. Together, we’ll find what fits best for you, whether that means sitting with tough emotions, noticing new patterns, or simply starting by showing up. I believe therapy can be one of the safest spaces we create for ourselves, a space where you come first.
My years as a first responder taught me that life can be messy, unpredictable, and overwhelming, and at the same time, rewarding, funny, and full of resilience. Those dualities make the human experience beautifully complex. After all those years, not much shocks me anymore, but I’m always moved by people’s honesty, humor, and ability to keep showing up, even when things get hard. Therapy, for me, is that calm corner where you can exhale, slow down, and find clarity without judgment or pressure.
Outside of this space, you’ll often find me making Halloween decorations, throwing clay (usually into crooked air plant holders), traveling with my wife and our ankle-biters, or learning something new.
We’re all on our own paths, and I look forward to walking alongside you on yours.

Hi, I'm Scott, your guide for the parts of life that don't come with a map.
Maybe parts of life have felt heavy or confounding for so long that you've forgotten what it feels like to live without that weight. Or maybe your relationships sometimes feel more like battlegrounds than safe harbors. Wherever you're starting from, I want you to know you're not alone in this, and there is a way through. With me, you’ll get a collaborative, supportive, and down-to-earth approach. I meet you exactly where you are and walk alongside you as you navigate life's transitions, relationship struggles, or patterns that keep tripping you up.
Working together looks like creating a space where your feelings get to have a voice, without judgment and without pressure. We'll look at the patterns showing up in your relationships and your life, not to assign blame, but to understand where they came from and how to shift them. You're the expert on your own life. My job is to help you find clarity, recognize your strengths, and move toward the life you want to be living. I bring humor when it fits (sometimes laughter really is the best medicine), directness balanced with compassion, and a whole lot of patience. We'll always move at your pace because there's no one-size-fits-all approach to being a person.
Personally, I’m an adventurer at heart. I've traveled extensively, circling the globe a couple times to find contemporary art and culture in some unexpected places. Meeting new people and seeing different ways to live in different corners of our planet might be my favorite part of it all. I also fell hard for koalas while in Australia and now know a ridiculous amount of trivia about my favorite furry friends! When I'm not exploring a new city or a new gallery, you might find me at home, meditating, exploring the inner world with as much conviction as I’ve explored the outer.
Are you ready to embark on a new adventure together towards a better life? If so, the booking button just below is a great place to start!

I believe that somewhere inside each of us, there can be a resistant voice that makes it hard to step into a better version of ourselves. In therapy, I strive to create a space where we can work together to quiet that voice, break free from unhelpful cycles, and discover new possibilities for joy, connection, and growth. Families, too, can find relief from those “here we go again” moments and begin building healthier patterns of communication and deeper bonds.
My approach is guided by genuine curiosity and a deep respect for your story. As a second-generation immigrant and first in my family to attend college, I understand the complexities of navigating multiple identities and expectations, including the impact of Asian intergenerational values. I also offer therapy in Mandarin and Cantonese, so family can feel truly seen and understood in their preferred language.
Outside of therapy, I stay curious about the world around me. I love the fusion of cultures in music, whether it’s trap rap or K-pop. I enjoy traveling to learn from new places and perspectives. For example, during a recent trip to Machu Picchu, I discovered it was not just a royal retreat, but a thriving city where clerks and government officials once lived. These small discoveries remind me that every story, like every family, is made up of many meaningful pieces.
In our work together, I hope to explore your story—piece by piece—to uncover your strengths, make sense of challenges, and support you in building the life and relationships you hope for.
