About Naomi
Seeking support is an act of courage. It is a willingness to turn toward yourself rather than away. I believe healing happens through authentic human connection. My approach is rooted in emphasizing the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for growth, self-discovery, and meaningful change.
I don’t believe people need to be fixed. I believe each person carries within them an inherent capacity for growth, healing, and meaning. Sometimes life leaves us feeling disconnected from ourselves, burdened by experiences, uncertainty, or pain. And, unfortunately, life doesn’t come with an instruction manual (though I think most of us would happily accept one.) In those moments, what we often need most is not someone to tell us who to be, but a space where we can gently explore who we already are.
I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental, comfortable space where clients feel seen, heard, and accepted as they are. Together, we can explore life’s challenges, personal values, relationships, and the questions that arise when navigating through life. Sometimes that means making sense of the big questions, and sometimes it means admitting that “I don’t know” is actually a pretty good place to start.
Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I aim to understand each person’s unique lived experience. I am honored to walk alongside clients as they discover their strengths, deepen their self-understanding, and create a life that feels more aligned, meaningful, and fully their own.
