Hello, my name is Rachel Perez. I have a deep commitment to supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. My approach is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and respect, creating a safe and welcoming space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you move toward healing and growth.

My counseling philosophy is rooted in a person-centered approach, which emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and the belief that clients hold the capacity for growth and healing within themselves. I strive to create a warm and nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen and heard. By meeting each person where they are, I hope to empower them to discover their strengths, deepen self-understanding, and move toward meaningful change.

I have a genuine passion for walking alongside others through their struggles and triumphs. My desire to serve as a counselor grows out of a heartfelt belief in the dignity and worth of every individual. I am dedicated to building therapeutic relationships grounded in trust, safety, and acceptance, relationships that can become a foundation for hope and resilience.

It is an honor to support others on their journey of healing and self-discovery, and I look forward to growing as both a counselor and an advocate for mental health within the community.
